As a long-time New Hampshire resident, Erik has assisted real estate buyers and sellers in a diverse role for over 14 years. An early graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning and Investments, Erik offers his clients his unique ability to advise from a broad perspective. In addition to helping his real estate clients, Erik is the President of Panorama Wealth Strategies - a full service financial services firm located in Exeter, NH.
Erik is deeply involved in his community and has served as a Board Member for Great Bay Services in addition to volunteering at Big Brothers, Big Sisters and NAMIWalks.
In his off-time, Erik is a private aviation enthusiast, pilot, and car enthusiast. The latter has led Erik to compete and win in the Rally America circuit, American Rally Association, and National Auto Sport Association!

Katie holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of New Hampshire and has years of professional experience in Competitive Intelligence and Sales Enablement. She has a truly layered skill set that proves valuable to all clients.

Carly Caron
With strong coastal roots and current residency in Rye, NH Carly truly lives for the ocean’s edge - and the ocean in general. Carly has a degree from Maine Maritime and even spent years operating the M/V Thomas Leighton out of Portsmouth Harbor!
You may also recognize Carly’s friendly face from her passionate work managing the VCA Animal Medical Center on Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth - and chances are she will even remember your pet by name.
Outside of her nautical and veterinary pursuits, Carly is a longtime lover of all things real estate. She has experience in flipping homes and is eager to lend that knowledge to clients interested in making effective investments - or clients just looking for the perfect place to call home. Robina Parise
With previous experience in museums, the insurance industry, and municipal tax assessing, Robina has been bringing a unique and enjoyable perspective to the real estate sales experience since 2019. She will nerd out with you about an historic property, but can also bore you with her knowledge of land use change tax and current use. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with her clients, both about the real estate process and pieces of local history while providing excellent customer service.
Robina has had a lifelong passion for homes that was nurtured by a childhood immersed in the real estate process - buying, selling, and DIY. She knows the importance of creating a home and loves to be able to help her clients with the first step in this process.
Robina recently moved to Conway where she lives with her husband and two young children. In her spare time, she loves to crochet, visit New Hampshire State Parks with the family, and grab a latte while the kids play on the playground. Kateryna Demers
Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian and adept in French and German - Kate combines a strong analytical mind with excellent interpersonal skills to aid clients in achieving their goals.
From 2004 to 2010, Kate received degrees from the East-Ukraine National University Department of Mathematics and Information Science in Applied Mathematics and from the Department of Philology in Translation of Roman and German Languages. In 2013, Kate also received a Graduate degree from the Department of Electrotechnical Systems in Electrical Machines & Apparatus.
In addition to her extensive studies, Kate has personal experience as a real estate investor and manager - both in the United States and internationally. She also has past professional experience in IT as well as Translation. Kate’s diverse skill set brings an impressive breadth of knowledge to the table.
In her free time, Kate enjoys skiing, yoga, weight lifting, traveling, cooking and spending time with her two Sphinx cats - Stella and Stevie.
