Realty Viewpoint: Real-time Housing Index Says Falling Prices Easing
The Real-Time Housing Market Report shows an interesting trend. Housing prices are down a little over half a percent. That's no surprise, but out of 25 markets, only seven fell in asking price. That's a big improvement over March when listing prices fell 2.7 percent.

Bluewater Farm, LLC has completed the purchase of 236 acres in Andover, NH for $2.575 million, a new Merrimack County commercial record sales price. J. Kenson Stead, principal broker for Ocean's Edge Real Estate, LLC represented the sellers, Zia Corp.
The property has been run primarily as year-round rentals and seasonal retreats along the beautiful shores of Bradley Lake with views of Mt. Kearsarge. The Zia Corporation with the aid of Ocean's Edge Real Estate and the Exchange Authority successfully completed a 1031 tax-deferred exchange with the proceeds.
Owners of Million-Dollar Homes Are Not Who You'd Think
Younger baby boomers who work for a corporation -- many of whom have household incomes of less than \$500,000 -- make up the majority of people living in the country's million-dollar homes, according to a Coldwell Banker Previews International study released on Monday.
